My Story

In 2019, just before before the Pandemic, I was working in the restaurant industry. I felt stuck and unfulfilled, but my love for photography and marketing kept me going. I began freelancing with small businesses and organizations social media accounts. I learned a lot during this time and had the opportunity to immerse myself in the social media marketing sphere without taking it on full time. A pivotal moment came when my then-boss asked me a life-changing question: What did I want to do with my life? At that moment I couldn't have told you. However, that conversation planted a seed that grew into KTWHLR Management & Design. I knew I wanted to empower businesses and harness the power of social media marketing to help them not only survive, but thrive. Thus, KTWHLR Management & Design was born! Starting out was not without its challenges. Finding clients willing to take a chance on me proved to be difficult, but I knew that networking and being proactive were crucial. I dove headfirst into expanding my network, engaging in meaningful conversations, and saying "yes" to every opportunity that came my way. The hard work paid off, and I began to build a portfolio of satisfied clients, forming the foundation of my successful journey. Throughout my journey, I've held firm to my personal values of work-life balance. I firmly believe that it's possible to run a successful business while ensuring time for personal well-being. For me, taking care of myself is not a luxury; it's a necessity. I've learned that making tough decisions is part of the process, and balancing my principles with practicality has been essential to my growth. One of the most rewarding aspects of my business is the genuine connections I build with my clients. Beyond being a service provider, I become a friend and confidant. We discuss real-life matters, share laughs, and support each other through the journey of entrepreneurship. Treating their businesses as I would my own, with respect, dedication, and heart, are at the core of my approach. My journey as a social media manager and business owner have been an incredible adventure of growth, resilience, and meaningful connections. I am grateful for every opportunity that has come my way, and I am eager to continue capturing the beauty of small business through effective marketing and photography.
